SHIPPING
All our packages are shipped via USPS from Chicago. We do not carry a large stock and usually make your items when they are ordered. We will ship out all orders within 1-5 business days.
Shipping to locations within the USA usually takes 2-5 days in transit.

International shipping can vary greatly but normally items arrive within 6-20 days.
RETURNS
If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us right away and we will work with you to make it right!

We do accept returns with the customer paying return postage to us in Chicago.
WHO ARE WE
Caren and Mike run PrintablesByCaren and have since July of 2019. This is still a side business for our family, but we take it incredibly seriously and hope to make it a full time income some day!
